This policy explains what bikelli.com collects when you reserve a Launch Edition bikelli, and what we do with it. bikelli is made by Sascher, a California corporation (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
When you submit the reservation form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your country
- The color you prefer, if you choose one
- Your IP address at the time you submit the form
Reserving is free. We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect them.
If you answer our pricing survey, we also collect your answers: your reasons for signing up, the prices you give, your experience with similar stand-up elliptical bikes, and optionally your height, country, comments and email address. We use them to decide how to price and build bikelli. Survey answers are stored on this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information to hold your place in line, to tell you when Launch Edition opens, and to send you the launch news, insider updates and special offers you agreed to receive. We collect your IP address to help prevent abuse of the form. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
Your details are stored on this website, which is hosted by Flywheel, and in MailerLite, the email service we use to send our messages. These providers process your information for us and may only use it to provide their services. MailerLite may be located outside your country, so your information may be transferred there.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you open the page. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your reservation until you ask us to remove it or you unsubscribe and ask us to delete your record. After the Launch Edition period ends, we may delete reservations that are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. You can also email us at inquiries@bikelli.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it, and not to be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
